We have some very exciting news to share! JAtech Services is now a part of the AES Reliability Group following our acquisition by Rotherham-based AES Engineering Ltd.
JAtech is proud to announce that we have joined a group of reliability-focused companies owned by AES Engineering Ltd. JAtech is joining the likes of AVT Reliability in the UK, and Van Geffen Reliability in the Netherlands.
The move brings forth the promise of great opportunities for JAtech to further expand our machine reliability services across Canada. We are eager to join this global partnership. The group also owns AESSEAL®, the world’s largest homogenous designer and manufacturer of mechanical seals.
Chris Rea, Group Managing Director of AES Engineering Ltd, said:
“We consider the acquisition of JAtech Services to be a significant enhancement of the reliability services we can provide our customers in Canada. Asset reliability products and services are a fast-growing and rapidly developing technology area. The acquisition of JAtech Services, supported by a growing portfolio of world class IoT instruments and cloud-based software branded Machine Sentry, is part of a strategic decision to globalize our reliability-focused businesses. It will both support and be supported by the global AESSEAL and AVT groups, as reliability is in our DNA.”
We are thrilled to join a global reliability leader that has over 45 years of experience in providing plant asset management and reliability solutions. We firmly believe that this seamless transition will allow us to provide new services and tools to better serve our customers. Tools like Machine Sentry™ cloud-based condition monitoring system, piping vibration hardware, and remote monitoring solutions, will be of great benefit to our current and future customers here in Canada.
By joining recognized leaders in the machinery reliability industry, we have positioned JAtech for a prosperous future where we will continue to dedicate ourselves to excellent customer service and quality reliability service.
